Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

• Items returned after 30 days and/or fall outside the return guidelines will not be accepted.
• Used merchandise can not be accepted due to sanitary guidelines.

Registration and order information

Divine28 uses a registration process and order form so that you can purchase online, request information and receive service from us. Your personal contact information (i.e. name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, etc.) is used to send you your order and to fulfill marketing programs.

Credit card information is completely secure and protected and collected for the sole purpose of billing you for your purchase.

Users may browse our products and information without registering. Registration is optional and only required to shop online.

Communications from Divine28

Divine28 reserves the right to communicate with our registered users regarding their order should the need arise.

Communication regarding transaction and account maintenance

Divine28 communications include order confirmations, order updates, problems with orders, delivery issues (as needed), and management of accounts (should issues arise).

 

Simple Returns

If you're not happy, we're not happy. We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and with the hygenic liner attached within 30 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, Health Code Regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of used underwear, that have been opened. Please allow up to 10 business days to fully process your return.
